Problem with Fob entry Terrace Garden Gate - UPDATE

An engineer from DS Systems attended Carmichael Court today and found a loose connection that we hope will resolve the problem, however if you still have issues please let Will or Luke at Farrar know and a replacement Fob will be provided. If the problem still continues the reader will be replaced

An intermittent problem has been reported by a number of residents in the north-wing about accessing the building using their fobs, this problem could not be replicated while Gate-A-Mation were on site however we have requested that DS Systems who manufacture the fob readers attend to investigate the problem further.
