Problem with Fob entry Terrace Garden Gate - UPDATE

An engineer from DS Systems attended Carmichael Court today and found a loose connection that we hope will resolve the problem, however if you still have issues please let Will or Luke at Farrar know and a replacement Fob will be provided. If the problem still continues the reader will be replaced

An intermittent problem has been reported by a number of residents in the north-wing about accessing the building using their fobs, this problem could not be replicated while Gate-A-Mation were on site however we have requested that DS Systems who manufacture the fob readers attend to investigate the problem further. Problem with Telecom System

Dumping

There has been an increase in the amount of large items just dumped in the waste collection area within the courtyard. This means that we have to pay for the items to be removed. We can no longer do this without charging for collection, the cost of doing so will be charged to ALL flats on an equal basis. To avoid these charges all we need to do is not dump items and take them to the local recycling centre or by getting the council to collect the items. Read More...
